Partner
Vance is barred in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland. He has handled hundreds of personal injury cases for clients in and around the DMV area, securing millions in settlements and verdicts. His experience brings substantial personal injury and litigation expertise to the firm. Vance has litigated cases in D.C. Superior Court, Maryland General District and Circuit Courts, and dozens of General District and Circuit Courts across Virginia. He earned his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and his law degree at Santa Clara University, where he received recognition in national trial and court competitions.
After serving as General Counsel for an insurance company, Vance found his calling at a well-respected personal injury and criminal law firm in Fairfax, Virginia. He went on to join a prestigious DC personal injury firm, where he received advanced training and experience in motor vehicle collision cases, slip and fall cases, and other personal injury matters.
Vance's number one goal as a lawyer is to ensure his clients receive just compensation for their injuries. He is not afraid to take on any insurance company to accomplish that goal.
Harry S. Max

Harry S. Max is a trial attorney admitted to practice in all courts throughout Virginia and the District of Columbia. He represents individuals who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents, on unsafe premises, through police brutality, negligent security, and nursing home negligence.
Mr. Max is passionate about advocating for injured victims and holding insurance companies and large corporations accountable. Mr. Max has extensive courtroom experience, having successfully handled numerous bench trials and jury trials. He prepares every case for trial, giving his clients a strategic advantage in both settlement negotiations and the courtroom.
Before joining LM Law, Mr. Max worked at a prominent personal injury firm and a defense firm. This combination gives him unique insight into how insurance companies and defense attorneys evaluate and fight claims. Understanding both sides allows him to anticipate defense strategies and build stronger cases for his clients.
Beyond personal injury litigation, Mr. Max has experience in employment law, contract disputes, and landlord-tenant matters - strengthening his ability to navigate complex legal issues. He is fluent in French and Haitian Creole, allowing him to serve a diverse community.
